In the video, Siddaramaiah was purportedly heard saying, “No money to deliver poll promises\/guarantees says Karnataka CM!” Reacting to the video, KTR questioned the veracity of Siddaramaiah’s statements and implied a potential replication of such situations in Telangana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Is this the future template for Telangana too after successfully hoodwinking the people in elections? Aren’t you supposed to do basic research and planning before making outlandish statements?” remarked KTR, whose party recently lost power in Telangana to the Congress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In response, Siddaramaiah accused KTR of circulating a “fake edited video” and criticized the BRS leader for his lack of discernment. “Do you know why your party lost power in the Telangana Elections? Because you don’t even know how to verify what is fake and edited and what is truth,” retorted the Karnataka Chief Minister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Siddaramaiah further alleged that the BJP creates misleading edited videos, and BRS acts as their “B team.” He shared a link supporting his claim and clarified the context of his original statement in the Karnataka Assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“The deceptive tactic involves circulating an edited video that distorts my statements, falsely implying an admission of the Congress’s inability to fulfill promises made in 2023,” stated Siddaramaiah. He highlighted that the unaltered video, available through the provided link, holds the BJP accountable for failing to fulfill promises from their 2018 manifesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
