In a recent development, the Government of Telangana has issued orders for the transfers and postings of several IPS officers, effective immediately. The reshuffling aims to optimize administrative efficiency and enhance law enforcement across various zones in the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here are the key appointments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. G. Sudheer Babu, IPS (SPS:2001), who previously served as Commissioner of Police, Rachakonca, is now appointed as Inspector General of Police (IGP), Multi Zone-11, succeeding Dr. Tarun Joshi, IPS (RR:2004).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Dr. Tarun Joshi, IPS (RR:2004), assumes the role of Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, Hyderabad, succeeding G. Sudheer Babu, IPS (SPS:2001).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. M. Srinivasulu, IFS (SPS:2006), Deputy Inspector General of Police, takes charge as Commissioner of Police, Ramagundam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  6. K. Narayan Naik, (SPS:2010), previously Joint Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Cyberabad, is now appointed as Deputy Inspector General of Police, SCRB, CID, Hyderabad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. K. Apoorva Rao, IPS (RR:2014), transitions from Superintendent of Police, CID, Women Protection Cell, to Superintendent of Police (Vigilance), TSRTC, Hyderabad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. D. Uday Kumar Reddy, IPS (SPS:2016), moves from Superintendent of Police, TS TRANSCO, to Deputy Commissioner of Police, South West Zone, Hyderabad City.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. R. Giridhar, IPS (SPS:2017), formerly Deputy Commissioner of Police, SOT Malkajgiri, Rachakonda, is appointed as Deputy Commissioner of Police, East Zone, Hyderabad City.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
