The train, identified as Goods Train 14806R, loaded with 53 wagons of chip stones, came to a halt at Kathua Railway Station in Jammu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cause of this unprecedented event was attributed to the loco pilot and assistant loco pilot exiting the train without engaging the hand brake.
