Under this initiative, White Ration Card (Food Security Card) holders in the state will be eligible to purchase LPG domestic cylinders at a subsidized rate of Rs. 500 per refill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scheme, effective immediately, targets households meeting specific criteria, including active domestic LPG connections in the name of the applicants. Eligible beneficiaries are required to have applied for subsidized cylinders through the Praja Palana application process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To facilitate the seamless implementation of the scheme, the State Government will transfer the necessary funds to Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) on a monthly basis. The subsidy amount will then be transferred directly to the beneficiaries via Direct Beneficiary Transfer (DBT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>District Collectors have been tasked with overseeing the awareness and publicity efforts to ensure that eligible households benefit from the Mahalaxmi LPG Scheme.
