This scheme promises to offer substantial support to individuals looking to build their own homes, particularly those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the key features of the Indiramma housing scheme is the provision of Rs 5 lakh in financial assistance to individuals who undertake the construction of houses on their own plots. For such individuals, the government will provide both a piece of land and Rs 5 lakh as part of the housing scheme benefits. This dual assistance approach ensures that even those without property of their own can realize the dream of owning a home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The government has outlined an ambitious plan for the first phase of the scheme, aiming to allocate 3,500 houses to each Assembly Constituency.
