As per the new rates, the 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder will now cost Rs. 1103, which is an increase of Rs. 50 from the previous price of Rs. 1053. Similarly, the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder has been hiked by Rs. 350.50, taking its price to Rs. 2119.50.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The hike in prices of LPG cylinders is attributed to the rise in global crude oil prices, which have led to an increase in the cost of production and transportation. The state-run oil marketing companies, Indian Oil Corporation, Bharat Petroleum, and Hindustan Petroleum, revise the prices of LPG cylinders on a monthly basis, depending on the international crude oil prices and exchange rates.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The increase in prices of LPG cylinders is likely to impact the common households and small businesses, who rely on LPG as their primary cooking fuel.
