Following a thorough examination of proposals put forth by the Commissioner of Civil Supplies and the Vice Chairman &amp; Managing Director of the Telangana State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited (TSCSCL), the government has sanctioned measures to expedite the recovery process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the directives issued, the Telangana State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited will initiate the recovery process by coordinating with the concerned District Managers and District Civil Supplies Officers. Defaulted CMR dues from rice millers will be recovered at 125% of the rates fixed by the Government of India or the actual economic cost incurred by the state, whichever is higher. Additionally, an interest rate of 12% per annum will be levied on the pending amount from the due date to the date of actual payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/skrm-paraboiling3556447246746331720.jpg?resize=400%2C400&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16859\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/skrm-paraboiling3556447246746331720.jpg?w=400&amp;ssl=1 400w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/skrm-paraboiling3556447246746331720.jpg?resize=300%2C300&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/skrm-paraboiling3556447246746331720.jpg?resize=150%2C150&amp;ssl=1 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, the government has mandated a strict timeline of 60 days for the delivery of CMR and the subsequent recovery of dues.
