Hyderabad, July 06<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a significant meeting held at Praja Bhavan, Chief Ministers of the Telugu states and their respective ministers and officials convened to discuss unresolved issues that have persisted over the last ten years. The meeting resulted in several key decisions aimed at fostering cooperation and resolving long-standing problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Decisions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Formation of a High-Level Committee<\/strong>: A three-member committee, consisting of high-ranking officials including the Chief Secretary, will be established within two weeks to address the issues between the two states.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Multi-Tiered Resolution Process<\/strong>: The committee will operate at both the official and ministerial levels. If a resolution is not reached at the official level, the matter will be escalated to the ministerial committee. Should the issue remain unresolved, the Chief Ministers will reconvene for further discussion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Joint Efforts Against Narcotics and Cyber Crime<\/strong>: Both state governments will collaborate to combat narcotics and cyber crime, with high-level officials from both states working in coordination.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana, Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka<\/em>:
    “We had an in-depth discussion with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, and several ministers from both states. We have decided to form a high-level committee to address the unresolved issues from the past decade. The committee, which will include three officers along with the Chief Secretary, will be formed in two weeks. Furthermore, a ministerial committee will also be established to handle these issues. If necessary, the Chief Ministers will meet again for further discussions. Additionally, both states will work together to control narcotics and cyber crime through coordinated efforts by high-ranking officials.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Andhra Pradesh Government Minister, Satya Prasad<\/em>:
    “Today is a momentous day for the Telugu nation. Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has taken the initiative to resolve the issues outlined in the Partition Act. In today’s meeting, we thoroughly discussed all suggestions. Telangana was formed after a significant movement, and our decisions aim to benefit everyone. Both Chief Ministers have agreed to meet again for further discussions. In Andhra Pradesh, we have already formed a cabinet sub-committee on drugs. Additional DG-level officials from both states will monitor and address the drug epidemic.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The meeting was attended by Andhra Pradesh ministers Satya Prasad, Janardhan Reddy, and Durgesh, along with Telangana ministers Sridhar Babu, Ponnam Prabhakar, and Protocol Chairman Venugopal, who jointly announced the decisions of the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
