Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) has approached the Supreme Court, challenging the formation of the State Government Commission led by Justice L. Narasimha Reddy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KCR filed a petition in the Supreme Court on June 24, contesting the High Court&#8217;s dismissal of his earlier petition on this matter. The petition is set to be heard today by a Supreme Court bench comprising Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, Justice JB Pardiwala, and Justice Manoj Mishra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The commission, led by Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, was established on March 14. KCR&#8217;s petition seeks to repeal the Commission of Inquiry Act, 1952, arguing that it contradicts the Electricity Act, 2003.
