In the lead-up to the anticipated October Assembly elections in Haryana, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s wife, Sunita Kejriwal, is set to unveil ‘Kejriwal’s guarantees’ in Panchkula on Saturday, according to AAP’s Haryana unit chief Sushil Gupta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe don’t make promises like the BJP or the Congress; we give guarantees. These will be Arvind Kejriwal’s guarantees, not Narendra Modi’s hollow guarantees,” Gupta stated to the media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Addressing the contentious issue of river water sharing with Punjab, Gupta emphasized, “Haryana should get water. Every state should get water. Distribution of water is the job of the Central government and the Prime Minister.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On Thursday, the AAP announced its decision to contest all 90 Assembly seats in Haryana, where there is a growing demand for “badlav” (change).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe Aam Aadmi Party has decided to contest the elections in Haryana with full strength,\u201d AAP leader and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann announced in Chandigarh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
AAP National Secretary Sandeep Pathak highlighted that a public dialogue for change had been conducted by visiting approximately 6,500 villages, with voices for change “coming from everywhere”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cJust like we fought the Kurukshetra Lok Sabha elections with full force, we will fight the Haryana Assembly polls with full force as well,” Pathak asserted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann shared that during visits to Rohtak, Sonipat, and Jind in Haryana, people expressed their desire for a government change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Haryana gave chances to the Congress, the BJP, and regional parties, but all of them looted the state,” Mann remarked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mann also revealed the party\u2019s slogan for the upcoming polls: ‘Badlenge Haryana ka haal, ab layenge Kejriwal’ (We will change Haryana\u2019s situation and bring Kejriwal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
