Revanth Reddy has announced a groundbreaking welfare initiative for the transgender community, including a special government recruitment process for them. This marks the first time in independent India that a state has introduced a comprehensive program aimed at both improving the welfare of transgenders and creating employment opportunities for them in government sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking about the initiative, the Chief Minister highlighted that such an important step has not been implemented anywhere in the world, making Telangana a global leader in inclusive governance. This program not only addresses the needs of the transgender community but also aims to tackle the growing traffic issues in Hyderabad, a dual achievement that showcases creative thinking in governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among India’s five major cities, Hyderabad already boasts the least severe traffic congestion.
