Ltd., located in Biotech Park, Karakapatla, Siddipet district. The raid uncovered violations involving false labeling, unauthorized packing, and fraudulent export practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Details of the Seizure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On November 26, 2024, acting on credible information, DCA officials raided the facility at Plot No. 55, Phase-III, Biotech Park. During the inspection, officials found significant stocks of antibiotics in the Finished Goods Warehouse that were in violation of the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investigation revealed that Ampicillin + Sulbactam 1000 mg + 500 mg injections (Batch No. JD4479), comprising 38,175 vials, were falsely labeled as manufactured by Jodas Expoim Pvt. Ltd., India, and Alpa Laboratories Ltd., Indore. However, the batch was actually produced by Indian Genomix Pvt. Ltd., located in Cherlapally, Medchal-Malkajgiri district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This batch was being exported to Russia under false claims that it was manufactured by Jodas Expoim Pvt. These antibiotics, manufactured by other pharmaceutical companies, were falsely packed and labeled under the name of Jodas Expoim Pvt.
