The long-pending issue was resolved within 100 days of his application through Chief Minister Revanth Reddy&#8217;s flagship initiative, &#8220;Prajavani.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pichaiyya had been struggling since 1978 to obtain the land title deed for Survey No. 215\/3. Despite multiple visits to revenue officials, his efforts remained unsuccessful for decades. However, his fortune changed after he applied for the pattadar passbook during the Prajavani program last July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Tuesday, at the Prajavani program held at Mahatma Jyothibapule Praja Bhavan, Pichaiyya received the much-awaited passbook from State Planning Commission Vice Chairman Dr. G. Chinna Reddy and State Nodal Officer Divya. Accompanied by his two sons, Narasimha and Bottu Swamiyadav, Pichaiyya expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for launching the Prajavani initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pichaiyya lauded the program, stating, &#8220;Prajavani has given me hope and resolved my problem after 46 years.
