Hyderabad\u2019s Rapid Expansion<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Hyderabad’s urban landscape has been expanding at an unprecedented pace, driven by employment opportunities and increasing migration. This growth has led to a significant surge in housing demand. The HYSEA report, jointly prepared with CBRE and KPMG, states that in the past six years, 1.9 lakh (190,000) houses have been sold in the city. As of the last quarter of 2024, the city\u2019s residential stock has reached 4.6 lakh (460,000) units, accounting for 11% of India\u2019s total housing inventory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The report further highlights Hyderabad’s emergence as the second-largest hub for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India, attracting a skilled workforce. The rising employment opportunities in IT and ITES sectors have contributed to an increased demand for housing, particularly in premium projects.
