The closure report, filed nearly <strong>four years after the actor\u2019s tragic demise<\/strong>, states that no evidence was found to suggest that <strong>anyone drove Sushant to suicide<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rhea\u2019s Lawyer Condemns Media Trial<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Reacting to the <strong>CBI closure report<\/strong>, Rhea Chakraborty\u2019s legal representative, <strong>Satish Maneshinde<\/strong>, expressed relief and gratitude for the thorough investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The <strong>false narrative fabricated and spread on social media<\/strong> was totally uncalled for. During the pandemic, when people were glued to television and social media, <strong>innocent individuals were hounded<\/strong> by the media and investigative authorities,&#8221; Maneshinde stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also <strong>criticized the media<\/strong> for the treatment meted out to Rhea, who was <strong>jailed for 27 days<\/strong> before being granted bail by <strong>Justice Sarang V. Kotwal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Standing by Rhea\u2019s Family<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Maneshinde highlighted the <strong>mental and emotional toll<\/strong> on Rhea and her family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I salute Rhea and her family for enduring the inhuman treatment in silence. They were subjected to immense suffering, yet they stayed strong. <strong>Threats were made against my team and me, but nothing deterred us from fulfilling our legal duties<\/strong>,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also clarified that he defended Rhea\u2019s family <strong>pro bono<\/strong> and dismissed speculation about hefty legal fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Faith in Judiciary Restored<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Maneshinde thanked sections of the media that supported Rhea\u2019s fight for justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This country is still safe, and <strong>every citizen seeking justice can have faith in our vibrant judiciary<\/strong>,&#8221; he concluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sushant Singh Rajput\u2019s Death: A Recap<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The 34-year-old actor <strong>Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead<\/strong> in his <strong>Bandra residence on June 14, 2020<\/strong>.
