Revanth Reddy<\/strong> has lauded the doctors at Osmania General Hospital<\/strong>, Hyderabad, for their swift and life-saving treatment of a critically ill youth from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh<\/strong>, after a private hospital reportedly refused to admit him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Taking to social media platform X<\/strong>, CM Revanth Reddy expressed his gratitude and admiration for doctors Ranga Ajmeera, Vikram<\/strong>, and their team, saying:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYou have proved that when government doctors are committed, even the impossible becomes possible. Your efforts will go a long way in changing public perception about government hospitals.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n The patient, Hemanth<\/strong>, 22, was en route to Shirdi<\/strong> with his family on March 30<\/strong> when he began experiencing severe stomach pain<\/strong> and difficulty in breathing<\/strong>. Upon reaching a private hospital<\/strong>, the family was dismayed to find that doctors there refused to admit him due to the critical nature of his condition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With few options left, the family rushed Hemanth to Osmania General Hospital<\/strong>, even though it was a holiday on account of Ugadi<\/strong>, the Telugu New Year. Despite limited staff, the general surgery department<\/strong> responded without delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Medical tests, including an ultrasound, revealed that Hemanth had a hole in his intestine<\/strong>, a life-threatening condition requiring immediate surgery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Doctors Ranga Ajmeera, Vikram<\/strong>, and their team quickly performed surgery.
