Varsha Deshpande. The event was held on Saturday at the DD Colony Library Hall in Hyderabad and witnessed a vibrant turnout of yoga students and local residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marking the institute\u2019s <strong>5th year of participation in International Yoga Day celebrations<\/strong>, the program saw active involvement from people of all age groups. In her address, she highlighted the transformative power of yoga and its relevance in modern life. \u201cYoga is not just a physical exercise but a path to mental peace and holistic health,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She particularly emphasized the importance of yoga, <em>pranayama<\/em>, and meditation for women, especially in fast-paced urban lifestyles. Encouraging daily practice, she noted that dedicating even a small portion of the day to yoga can bring significant physical and emotional benefits.
