Lalu Prasad Yadav, an RJD MP from Saran in Bihar, was also disqualified in September 2013 after being sentenced to five years in the fodder scam. Rashid Masood, a Rajya Sabha MP from Uttar Pradesh, was declared disqualified in September 2013 after being sentenced for four years in the MBBS seat scam.
