He alleged that soon after he initiated efforts to file a regular bail petition, the prosecution began levelling &#8220;false and baseless&#8221; allegations against him to obstruct his legal recourse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Referring specifically to the cash seizure by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) from Sulochana Farms in Kacharam village\u2014property reportedly owned by Theegala Bali Reddy\u2014Reddy maintained that he has no links to the money. \u201cIt is an utter falsehood and lie,\u201d he stated in the affidavit, accusing the prosecution of acting with a \u201cmalafide\u201d intent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He clarified that his only association with the Reddy family is through his wife, who holds a minor stake in ARET Hospital, managed by Theegala Vijayender Reddy, son of Bali Reddy. \u201cBeyond that, I have no connection or relationship with that business group,\u201d he asserted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"260\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/screenshot_2025_0731_1041387810924477382963061.jpg?resize=300%2C260&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24878\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/screenshot_2025_0731_1041387810924477382963061.jpg?resize=300%2C260&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/screenshot_2025_0731_1041387810924477382963061.jpg?w=668&amp;ssl=1 668w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reddy contended that the entire claim is a fabrication aimed at weakening his bail plea. \u201cThe allegation that the seized money belongs to me is entirely baseless and concocted to sabotage my chances of release,\u201d the affidavit reads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The affidavit was sworn and verified in Amaravati on July 30, 2025, and was duly attested by a competent authority.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cIt\u2019s Not My Money,\u201d Says Raj Kasireddy Accused in \u20b911 Crore Seizure Denies Allegations, Alleges Conspiracy to Thwart Bail Vijayawada, July 31, 2025 \u2014 Kasireddy Raja Shekhar Reddy, the prime accused in the CID-registered liquor scam case, has strongly denied any involvement with the \u20b911 crore in cash recently seized from a farmhouse in Shamshabad.
