Santikumari, IAS, Director General, MCRHRDI<\/strong>. As part of the ongoing <strong>10-week Special Foundation Course<\/strong>, 203 Officer Trainees of various All India Services, including IPS, IFS, IES and other central services, are currently undergoing training at the Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"480\" width=\"640\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/img-20251203-wa00236481442056632043575-1024x768.jpg?resize=640%2C480&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26382\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experiential Learning Meets Social Commitment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Institute, known for exposing Officer Trainees to experiential learning through visits to socially significant institutions such as the Mental Health Institute and Cherlapalli Central Prison, has now extended this approach to community-oriented service. The counselling programme was conceived to sensitise the trainees to the challenges faced by aspirants from underprivileged backgrounds and to give them an opportunity to contribute meaningfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>160 Aspirants Attend One-to-One Mentorship<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of <strong>160 civil service aspirants<\/strong> visited the MCRHRDI campus, where <strong>around 30 Officer Trainees<\/strong> interacted with them in dedicated one-on-one mentorship sessions. The guidance covered a comprehensive range of areas considered crucial for cracking the UPSC Civil Services Examination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"228\" width=\"640\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/img-20251203-wa00198167814357176933613-1024x364.jpg?resize=640%2C228&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26378\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The mentoring included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selection and mastery of <strong>optional subjects<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preliminary examination<\/strong> strategies and smart study planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mains answer writing<\/strong> skills and structuring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approaches to handling <strong>essay papers<\/strong>, particularly philosophical and abstract themes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation for the <strong>Ethics (GS Paper IV)<\/strong> paper, including case study handling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stress management<\/strong> during the preparation cycle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tips for maintaining <strong>sustained motivation<\/strong> over long preparation periods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective <strong>time management and presentation<\/strong> on examination day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Officer Trainees also encouraged the aspirants to stay connected with them for ongoing guidance and support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"480\" width=\"640\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/img-20251203-wa00245186081244143092750-1024x768.jpg?resize=640%2C480&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26383\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aspirants Express Gratitude<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The aspirants expressed deep appreciation for the initiative, stating that the personalised guidance from young professionals currently in the system gave them clarity and renewed confidence.
