He said the government\u2019s objective is to <strong>remove financial barriers<\/strong> that often prevent bright students from economically weaker sections from continuing their UPSC journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"960\" width=\"640\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/img-20251205-wa00071499834053611775547-683x1024.jpg?resize=640%2C960&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26418\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Unlimited Aid to Aspirants: \u201cNo deserving candidate will be left out\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bhatti stated that the government is committed to ensuring that every talented aspirant gets a fair chance at cracking the civil services examination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cThere is no limit on the number of beneficiaries. If 500 students qualify, all 500 will receive financial assistance,\u201d<\/em> he declared.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The Rajiv Gandhi Civils Abhaya Hastam scheme, implemented through <strong>Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL)<\/strong>, offers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u20b91 lakh<\/strong> to candidates who clear the <strong>Mains<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u20b91 lakh plus free accommodation in Delhi<\/strong> for those qualifying for the <strong>Interview<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bhatti explained that many aspirants struggle to continue preparation due to lack of funds, despite possessing exceptional talent. The government\u2019s intervention aims to bridge this gap and encourage more youth to compete nationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"427\" width=\"640\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/img-20251205-wa00051484546392370398870-1024x683.jpg?resize=640%2C427&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26422\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Record Numbers This Year<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, <strong>202 candidates<\/strong> from Telangana cleared the UPSC Mains, out of which <strong>50 progressed to the interview stage<\/strong>, marking a substantial jump from last year&#8217;s <strong>20 interview qualifiers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the previous UPSC cycle, <strong>seven candidates<\/strong> who received aid under the scheme successfully secured positions in the civil services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bhatti expressed confidence that the number of interview qualifiers would surpass <strong>100 next year<\/strong>, as awareness of the scheme spreads and more support mechanisms are put in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mock Interview Board to Be Set Up<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To further strengthen aspirants\u2019 chances, Bhatti announced that the government, in consultation with the <strong>Chief Secretary<\/strong>, will soon establish a <strong>mock interview board comprising senior IAS and IPS officers<\/strong>. This initiative is aimed at providing high-quality mentorship and exposure to real-time interview environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u201cRemember the responsibility towards society\u201d \u2014 Bhatti to Aspirants<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Urging the beneficiaries to uphold social responsibility, Bhatti reminded them that the financial assistance is essentially <strong>public money collected through taxes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cWhen you enter the services, use your authority to change the lives of the poor. Balaram<\/strong>, who played a key role in designing the scheme, said the company is proud to support civil services aspirants as part of its <strong>Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)<\/strong>. He noted that the scheme has significantly improved the success rate of aspirants from Telangana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other senior SCCL officials \u2014 Director (Personnel) <strong>Gautham Potru<\/strong> and Executive Director (Coal Movement) <strong>B.
