HMDA strongly objects to the manner in which specific officers were named, and the institution was subjected to allegations and political motives.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It is reiterated by HMDA that its operations are guided by the State Government, and officers and departments function under the overall supervision and direction of the Council of Ministers and the State Government while adhering to the prescribed rules.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Furthermore, HMDA emphasizes that the bid process for the Outer Ring Road (ORR) Toll-Operate-Transfer (TOT) project was conducted with utmost transparency, following the established norms set by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for TOT bids.
