In comparison, the highest collection recorded was \u20b91,87,035 crore in April.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Out of the total collection, \u20b931,013 crore was collected under CGST, \u20b938,292 crore under SGST, \u20b980,292 crore under IGST, and \u20b911,800 crore under cess. Additionally, an amount of \u20b936,224 crore received by the Central Finance Department under IGST has been adjusted to CGST, while \u20b930,269 crore has been adjusted to SGST.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/IMG-20230501-WA0110.jpg?resize=640%2C480&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4186\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/IMG-20230501-WA0110.jpg?w=1200&amp;ssl=1 1200w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/IMG-20230501-WA0110.jpg?resize=300%2C225&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/IMG-20230501-WA0110.jpg?resize=1024%2C768&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/IMG-20230501-WA0110.jpg?resize=768%2C576&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Of the total revenue received in June, \u20b967,237 crore under CGST has gone to the Center, and \u20b968,561 crore under SGST has been distributed among the states. Compared to June of the previous year, there has been a 12% growth in tax collections this time. It is worth noting that this is the fourth time the collection has crossed the \u20b91.60 lakh crore mark since the implementation of the GST system.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The average monthly GST collection in 2021-22 was \u20b91.10 lakh crore, which increased to \u20b91.51 lakh crore in 2022-23 and further rose to \u20b91.69 lakh crore in 2023-24.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In terms of regional growth, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh recorded a significant increase in GST collections for June, with growth rates of 20% and 16%, respectively. Telangana&#8217;s collections rose from \u20b93,901.45 crore in June 2022 to \u20b94,681.39 crore in June 2023, while Andhra Pradesh witnessed a growth from \u20b92,986.52 crore to \u20b93,477.42 crore. Among the southern states, Karnataka recorded a growth rate of 27%, Kerala 26%, and Tamil Nadu 20%. However, Andhra Pradesh&#8217;s growth rate was comparatively lower.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"550\" height=\"309\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/IMG-20230501-WA0114.jpg?resize=550%2C309&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4187\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/IMG-20230501-WA0114.jpg?w=550&amp;ssl=1 550w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vglobenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/IMG-20230501-WA0114.jpg?resize=300%2C169&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>From the IGST collection, the Central Finance Department adjusted \u20b930,268.53 crore to SGST.
