Government of Telangana to Commence Rythu Bandhu Assistance Disbursement for Rabi, 2023
In accordance with the Election Commission of India’s directive dated 5th October, 2018, and referencing letter no. 7022/Elections. A/A1/2023 dated 18.11.2023, the Government of Telangana is set to initiate the disbursement of Rythu Bandhu assistance for Rabi, 2023. This assistance program is scheduled to commence from 24th November, 2023.
The Election Commission has expressed no objection to the disbursement, emphasizing that the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) under the scheme will remain unaffected during the silence period and poll day in the State.
The Government of Telangana will be duly informed of these directives.
