Headline: Double Tragedy Strikes Telangana Family: Six Lives Lost in Two Road Accidents
Hyderabad, Dec 25: A family in Telangana’s Nalgonda district faced a double tragedy as six individuals, including five family members, lost their lives in two separate road accidents.
The first accident occurred near Vempahad in Nidamanoor mandal on Sunday night. Keshavulu (28), traveling on a motorbike from Peddapur to Miryalaguda, collided with pedestrian Saidulu (55), resulting in the tragic demise of both individuals.
In a heart-wrenching turn of events, upon learning about the first accident, seven members of Keshavulu’s family rushed to the site in a Tata Ace vehicle early Monday. Tragedy struck again as the family vehicle collided with an oil tanker, merely half a kilometer from the initial accident spot.
Three individuals lost their lives on the spot, and the fourth succumbed to injuries at the hospital. The deceased were identified as Ramavat Ganaiah (40), Pandiah (40), Bujji (38), and Nagaraju (28). Three others sustained critical injuries and were promptly shifted to Miryalguda Area Hospital.
The devastating incidents have left the community mourning the loss of multiple lives, highlighting the fragility of road safety and the unforeseeable tragedies that can occur in rapid succession. Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding both accidents to determine the cause and prevent future incidents.
