In a resounding success for the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT Bombay), 85 exceptionally talented students have secured prestigious job opportunities with impressive annual salaries during the Phase-I of the 2023-24 recruitment season. This remarkable achievement underscores the institute’s commitment to nurturing top-tier talent and providing its students with unparalleled opportunities in the job market.


The recruitment process saw active participation from a whopping 388 companies, representing both domestic and international industries. This diverse pool of companies ensured a robust selection process, offering a broad spectrum of career paths for the students. Among the 1340 students who participated in the recruitment drive, an impressive 1188 emerged triumphant in the rigorous examinations, showcasing the high caliber of education and training at IIT Bombay.
The list of participating companies reads like a who’s who of the corporate world, with industry leaders such as Accenture, Airbus, Apple, Barclays, Google, JP Morgan Chase, Microsoft, and the Tata Group actively engaged in the recruitment process. These renowned organizations played a pivotal role in shaping the career trajectories of these talented students.



The recruitment activities were conducted through a mix of traditional in-person interviews and virtual interactions, reflecting the evolving landscape of job placements in the modern era.
