News Report: Governor Bandaru Dattatraya Applauds Aviation Advancements at Wings India – 2024 Expo

In a momentous event, Governor Bandaru Dattatraya of Haryana graced the concluding ceremony of Wings India – 2024, Asia’s largest Civil Aviation Expo, held on January 21, 2024, at Begumpet Airport, Hyderabad, where he participated as the Chief Guest.

During his address, Governor Dattatraya lauded the Government of India’s UDAN scheme, expressing his optimism that this initiative will pave the way for connecting numerous remote districts across the country through air travel. Emphasizing the importance of making air travel more affordable and accessible to the common people, he voiced his hope for increased connectivity.

Engaging with the Saarang team of the Indian Air Force, Governor Dattatraya commended their efforts and also extended his appreciation to Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL). He stressed the need for India to take strides in the development and production of more aircraft domestically.

As the event concluded, Governor Bandaru Dattatraya left an encouraging note, urging the continued growth and innovation in the aviation sector, with a vision for a more connected and accessible air travel landscape for the citizens of the nation.
