Hyderabad, febuary 20

A plastic balloon machine sent into space by the Indian research organization Tata Institute of Fundamental Research Center to collect weather data crashed on the outskirts of Tarnikal village in Kalvakurti mandal on Sunday. The 800 kg balloon mission was sent into space on the 17th of this month. Due to technical reasons, it crashed in a deserted agricultural field. The balloon from the downed Mission Yantra fell in the suburbs of Urukonda Mandal in Kalakurti Constituency. The villagers had earlier informed the police about the fallen machine. Kalvakurti CI Syedulu informed the Indian Institute of Investigation and directed the concerned officials to the police to ensure that no one goes to the area. Tata Institute of Fundamental Research Center reached there on Sunday evening. Officials believe that the balloon mission may have gone down due to technical reasons.
