During his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ address on Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced a temporary halt to the broadcast of the radio programme for the next three months.
In his interaction with first-time voters, PM Modi expressed pride in India’s youth power, emphasizing their role in shaping the nation’s future. He encouraged them to actively participate in the electoral process, highlighting the significance of their votes in shaping the 18th Lok Sabha.
Urging the youth to engage in political activities, PM Modi emphasized the importance of remaining vigilant and involved in discussions and debates. He echoed the Election Commission’s campaign, ‘My First Vote-For the Country’, urging first-time voters to exercise their franchise in record numbers.

PM Modi underscored the significance of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, portraying them as a reflection of youth aspirations. He emphasized that while ‘Mann Ki Baat’ will be paused during this period due to political boundaries, the country’s achievements continue unabated.
Additionally, PM Modi touched upon International Women’s Day, slated for March 8, lauding the invaluable contributions of women to the nation’s progress across various fields.
