Hyderabad: Veteran CPI leader Narayana has been hospitalized after suffering a rib fracture. Sources from the party disclosed that doctors have recommended a two-week rest period for him.
Narayana sustained the injury at a wedding in Kamareddy on the 16th of this month. While offering blessings to the newlyweds on stage, he slipped and fell. Initially, he didn’t experience significant discomfort and disregarded the incident.
However, during subsequent party gatherings in Visakhapatnam and Chennai, Narayana began to feel increased pain. Upon consulting medical professionals, he was diagnosed with a rib fracture.
Following treatment at AIG Hospital, doctors advised him to recuperate for two weeks. Narayana is currently recuperating at his residence in Hyderabad.
