Edward and Sophie, a couple from Germany, embarked on an extraordinary journey, cycling across multiple countries before their upcoming wedding. Having traveled through Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia, Greece, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Iran, and Pakistan, they recently arrived in Jaipur, India.

Exploring the Pink City on bicycles for four days, they departed for Nepal on Sunday, with plans to return to Germany for their wedding.

The adventurous duo expressed their commitment to facing challenges together, which led them to undertake this journey. Edward shared, “We will tour half the world on bicycle and will not only see the world closely but also face together whatever challenges come our way. We will get a chance to understand each other more closely.”

Sophie echoed Edward’s sentiments, stating, “We were being welcomed here everywhere.”

During their stay in Jaipur, Edward and Sophie visited the renowned Jaipur Khazana Mahal, where Sophie was captivated by the Kundan Meena jewelry, a specialty of the city. She expressed her desire to adorn Kundan Meena jewelry for her wedding.

Anoop Srivastava, founder and director of Jaipur Khazana Mahal, shared their experience, stating, “Edward and Sophie spent almost the entire day in the museum, closely studying the gems and jewelry.”

In addition to Jaipur Khazana Mahal, the couple explored prominent attractions in Jaipur such as Amer Palace, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Albert Hall, and Hawa Mahal.

As they bid farewell to India and continued their journey to Nepal, Edward and Sophie embarked on the final leg of their world tour before returning to Germany to exchange vows.
