Niveditha Announced as BRS Candidate for Secunderabad Cantonment By-Election
Late MLA Sayanna’s daughter, Niveditha, has been chosen as the BRS candidate for the upcoming Secunderabad Cantonment Assembly Constituency by-election. The announcement was made by party leader and former CM KCR on Wednesday following discussions with key party and local leaders.
The by-election became necessary after the untimely demise of MLA Lasya Nandita in a recent road accident. Lasya Nandita, the elder daughter of Sayanna, had won the 2023 assembly elections but tragically lost her life in the accident. In light of this, KCR has decided to extend an opportunity to Sayanna’s family once again.
