TRS President and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao stated that despite the country’s abundance of natural resources, it is begging for help due to a lack of vision. He made this comment during the BRS inaugural meeting held in Khammam on Wednesday. He heavily criticized the Central government for neglecting various irrigation projects that required immediate clearance for further development and to address the needs of people across the country. He used the examples of the Kaleswaram and Mission Bhagiratha projects in Telangana to support his argument. He also blamed both the Congress and BJP for their alleged efforts to gain power in the center. He also criticized the center for failing to improve the power sector across the states, with the exception of Telangana government, which has found a solution.

CM KCR called on the people of the country to unite for a noble cause and support BRS. He promised that once BRS comes to power in the center, it will solve the drinking water crisis across the country. He also stated that there are chances to develop the IT and Industries sectors and criticized the ‘Make In India’ initiative, stating that it has become a joke in India.

KCR also promised to repeal the Agnipath scheme and said that there has to be a proper process to enlist in the armed forces. He said, “If our opposition government comes to power, the old system of recruitment will be brought back.”

BRS President said within few days, they will present the noble strategies of the party that will be looked after by the intellectuals.
