Renowned director Ram Gopal Varma has entered the ongoing discourse surrounding the skill development scam in Andhra Pradesh, particularly in relation to the arrest of former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. In a recent post on social media platform ‘X’, Varma directed a series of nine questions towards Janasena leader Pawan Kalyan, seeking succinct one-word answers in response to each query.

The questions posed by Varma encompass the following aspects:

  1. Does a genuine skill development scam exist?
  2. If so, was it carried out without Chandrababu Naidu’s knowledge?
  3. Has an amount exceeding 300 crores of public funds been disbursed without adhering to established procedures or consulting with officials?
  4. If Chandrababu Naidu became aware of the scam later, is it justified that immediate action was not taken?
  5. Varma underscores that an FIR (First Information Report) serves as an initial report, allowing for the addition of names as the investigation unfolds.
  6. Is it inappropriate for a judge to deny bail when there is prima facie evidence based on presented documents?
  7. Is the judge who approved the remand under section 409 susceptible to corruption allegations?
  8. Varma emphasizes that a leader’s worth is determined by their actions rather than their forty years of background.
  9. In his final question, Varma requests Pawan Kalyan to elucidate the details of the skill development scam and clarify his role in the matter through a video explanation.

As discussions surrounding the skill development scam and Chandrababu Naidu’s involvement continue to captivate Andhra Pradesh, Varma’s probing questions add an intriguing dimension to the ongoing dialogue.
