Government of Telangana offers Scholarships under Post-Matric Scholarships(PMS) Scheme benefiting Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Backward Class (BC), Economically Backward Class (EBC), Minorities and Physically Challenged students in the State. In order to ensure transparency & accountability in the sanctioning and disbursement of Post-Matric Scholarships, Online System i.e. Website:http://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in (E-PASS PORTAL) is being implemented. The system needs registration of Colleges and Students to enable and processing of data for sanction of Fresh & Renewal Scholarships under Post Matric Scholarship.
The registration of Colleges and Students for the AY 2022-23 in TS e-pass website for process and sanction of scholarship applications have commenced from 16.10.2022 and is going to be ceased on 31.01.2023.The admissions for various Professional courses i.e., UG Ayush, UG Dental, PG Medical, PG Dental and DIET CETs are not completed so far. The eligible students have to register their applications after completion of admission process to their respective courses. The Conveners of certain Common Entrance Tests of Professional courses have also not yet finalized the counseling data which is required for fresh registration of students. Hence, theGovernment hereby extend the date for registrations of Renewal and Fresh scholarship applications and as well as College registrations in TS e-pass for the Academic Year 2022-23 from 01.02.2023 to 31.03.2023, so as to enable the students to register their applications for sanction of Post Matric Scholarships.
All the Regulatory Authorities and Colleges Managements must ensure that all Colleges & Students who wish to register in e-pass will upload their data from 01.02.2023 to 31.03.2023, for sanction of renewal and fresh Scholarships for the Academic Year 2022-=23.
All Welfare Departments are requested to give a wide publicity on the registration process for renewal and fresh Scholarships and ensure that the registration process be completed by 31.03.2023.
