
In a startling turn of events, an Indian student residing in Israel, Aditya Karunanithi Nivedita, has shed light on the recent Hamas terrorist attack on the region. Expressing his astonishment, Nivedita stated, “It was all very sudden; we did not expect it, because there are religious holidays in Israel going on.” He recounted the terrifying experience of receiving sirens early in the morning at approximately 5:30 am, which prompted residents to seek shelter in bunkers for a duration of approximately 7-8 hours.
As a precautionary measure, residents have been instructed to remain inside their homes, while staying in close communication with the Indian Embassy. Nivedita emphasized that the embassy is actively keeping them updated on developments related to the situation.
