
BSP Manifesto-2023 Unveiled

Bahujan Samaj Party’s State President, Dr. RS Praveen Kumar, presented the party’s 2023 manifesto, titled “Bahujan Barosa,” at a gathering held at the Sundarayya Science Centre in Bagh Lingampally, Hyderabad. The manifesto outlines ten significant promises to the people of Telangana:
- Kanshi Yuva Sarkar: The BSP pledges to generate 10 lakh jobs over five years, with a particular focus on providing 5 lakh jobs for women. Student leaders will be integrated into the government as shadow ministers.
- Blessing of Poole Education: The party commits to establishing an International School in each Mandal and providing foreign education opportunities for 100 students from each Mandal annually, along with training in Data, AI, and Coding.
- Bahujan Rythu Dhima: The BSP promises to ensure the purchase of crops at minimum support prices and provide accurate government subsidies to farmers, covering the entire cycle from seed to sale. The Dharani Portal will be canceled.
- Chakali Ailamma Women’s Jyoti: Women workers and farmers will receive free washing machines, smartphones, and driving training. Employees of Anganwadi and Asha workers will be regularized, and an annual assistance of Rs. 1 lakh will be provided.
- Bheem Raksha Kendras: The party will establish Raksha Kendras offering hostels, food, and free medical services for the elderly. Support will be extended to disabled and single women residing in Raksha Kendras.
- Blue Job Card: The manifesto includes a promise of 150 days of employment guarantee in rural and urban areas, along with a daily wage increase to Rs. 350. Laborers will also receive free transportation, health coverage, and life insurance.
- Hundred Years Health Guarantee: The BSP commits to providing each family with a Rs. 15 lakh health insurance package and allocating Rs. 25,000 crore annually for nutrition and food budgets.
- Migrant Workers Welfare Fund: A fund of Rs. 5,000 crore will be established for the Gulf Workers Welfare Board, providing accommodation for migrant workers. Additionally, 600 subsidized canteens will be set up for gig workers, lorry drivers, and taxi drivers.
- Shaikh Bandagi Home Assurance: The party vows to provide 550 sq. ft. of space for the homeless, with Rs. 6 lakhs in aid for house builders and Rs. 1 lakh assistance for house renovation.
- Doddi Komuraiya Land Right: The BSP’s manifesto guarantees one acre of land for every landless poor family, held in the name of women.
These ten major promises in the BSP’s 2023 manifesto reflect the party’s commitment to addressing key issues and improving the lives of the people of Telangana.
