Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra Expresses Concern Over Gaza Deaths, Calls for Ceasefire New Delhi, Nov 5: Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has once again voiced her concern regarding the reported death of approximately 10,000 people, including around 5,000 children in Gaza.

She is demanding the immediate enforcement of a ceasefire and criticizing the so-called leaders of the “free” world for their financing and support of what she describes as a genocide in Palestine.

In her statement on social media, Priyanka Gandhi expressed her horror and shame at the loss of nearly 10,000 civilians, including thousands of children, the destruction of entire family lines, the bombing of hospitals and ambulances, and the targeting of refugee camps.

She emphasized that it is crucial for the international community to enforce an immediate ceasefire, as without such action, it will lose its moral authority. These remarks come amid reports of more than 10,000 civilian casualties, including 5,000 children, in the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict.

The fighting in the Gaza Strip has now entered its 29th day, with the initial attack by Hamas on Israel occurring on October 7, resulting in the deaths of at least 1,400 people. Israel’s retaliatory bombardments have reportedly led to the significant loss of Palestinian lives since the October 7 attack by Hamas, further escalating the conflict in the region.
