Passenger Raises Concerns Over Missing Seat Cushion During IndiGo Flight
New Delhi, Jan 11: A passenger recently took to social media to share a disconcerting experience with IndiGo Airlines, highlighting a missing seat cushion during the flight. The incident occurred amidst a one-and-a-half-hour delay, intensifying passengers’ frustrations.
The user, identified as Revs on X (formerly Twitter), posted a photo of the absent seat cushion, narrating the situation. Unfortunately, the post lacked crucial details such as the flight number, route, or seat number, leaving many questions unanswered.
“On an Indigo flight, and the flight doesn’t have fg seats. We are waiting for them to bring in the by seats so we can sit. This for a flight that’s already 90 minutes delayed. Fg hell,” expressed Revs on X on Wednesday.
In response to the complaint, IndiGo Airlines promptly acknowledged the issue, expressing regret for the inconvenience caused to passengers.
“Hi, we deeply regret to note this. We request you to kindly share your PNR via DM so we may look into this further. -Team IndiGo,” replied the airline, aiming to address the passenger’s concerns.
