Yadagirigutta, February 21 – The annual Brahmotsavam has begun at Yadadri Mahadivya Kshetram. The Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Brahmotsavam began with the pancha ratragama procedures. The 11-day long festival was inaugurated with the worship of Vishvaksena. On this occasion, Vishvaksena worship and temple purification parvas were conducted. This is the first time that the Brahmotsavam is being held in the reconstructed main temple.
From the 23rd of this month, the festivities will commence, with special celebrations planned for the 27th night. The Tirukalyana Mahotsavam will take place on the 28th night, followed by the Divya Vimana Rathotsavam on March 1st night. The festivities will end on March 3rd.
Officials have announced that there is an opportunity for CM KCR’s couple to participate in the Sri Lakshmi Narasimhaswamy Thirukalyana Mahotsav organized at night on the 28th and present silk clothes and pearl talambaras on behalf of the state government.
