
Secunderabad, 24 May 2024 — General Anil Chauhan, Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), paid a significant visit to the HQ Training Command of the Indian Air Force (IAF) on 24 May 2024. He was welcomed by Air Marshal Nagesh Kapoor, the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (AOC-in-C) of Training Command.
During his visit, General Chauhan received a detailed briefing on the critical role of the Training Command, recent initiatives aimed at optimizing training activities, and the current challenges in enhancing training efficiency. These efforts are crucial for improving the overall operational preparedness of the IAF.
Addressing the functionaries of the Training Command, General Chauhan commended the personnel for their efforts in creating synergy among the services, particularly in training related to common and similar assets.
