Hyderabad, [Current Date] – The Judicial Commission set up by the state government to investigate irregularities in the construction of Chhattisgarh power purchase agreements and the Yadadri Bhadradri power plants has once again issued notices to former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) and former Minister for Power Jagdish Reddy.
The Power Commission, headed by Justice Narasimha Reddy, has been collecting opinions from several officials and electricity experts. In light of the information gathered, the commission has requested that KCR, as the then Chief Minister, provide his opinion on the findings. The commission initially issued notices on the 19th of this month, demanding an explanation by the 27th.

It has been revealed that KCR did not respond to the initial notice, prompting the commission to issue another reminder. The notice emphasizes the importance of KCR’s response to the ongoing investigation.
In addition to KCR, the Power Commission has also sent notices to Jagdish Reddy, who served as the Power Minister during the period in question, and several other officials. Reports suggest that KCR has approached the High Court, indicating his reluctance to appear before the commission and provide an explanation.

The commission continues to press for responses from those involved to ensure transparency and accountability in the investigation of the alleged irregularities.
