Tollywood actor Mahesh Babu and his wife, Namrata Shirodkar, have extended their support to the flood relief efforts in Telangana by donating ₹50 lakhs to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. This generous contribution comes in response to the recent devastating floods that have affected various parts of the state. The couple personally handed over the cheque to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy at their residence in Jubilee Hills.
In addition to this, Mahesh Babu also made a separate donation of ₹10 lakhs on behalf of AMB Cinemas, further boosting the relief efforts aimed at helping flood victims rebuild their lives.
The recent floods in Telangana have caused widespread damage, displacing thousands of families and destroying homes, crops, and infrastructure. The donations from Mahesh Babu and his family are part of a growing wave of support from the public and the film fraternity to aid the state’s recovery
The Chief Minister expressed his gratitude for the actor’s timely support, which will help provide immediate assistance to those affected by the floods.
