Veldanda Woman Sandhya’s Inspiring Journey: From a Village Student to Securing Six Government Jobs

Jangaon: In a remarkable display of perseverance and dedication, Sandhya (Pallavi), a resident of Veldanda village in Narmeta mandal, Jangaon district, has achieved an extraordinary feat—securing six government jobs over the years. Her journey, filled with challenges and unwavering determination, serves as an inspiration to students and aspirants across Telangana.

A Dream Rooted in Education

Born and raised in a modest household, Sandhya always had a passion for education. She completed her schooling at Malkapur High School and pursued her intermediate education in Station Ghanpur . With an innate curiosity for science, she set her sights on higher education and successfully secured a seat for MSc Chemistry at Kakatiya University Campus College.

Her journey, however, was not just about academics; it was about balancing multiple responsibilities. In 2012, she married Bairagoni Parasharamulu, and together, they built a life while raising their two sons. Despite societal expectations and the demands of family life, Sandhya never let go of her dreams. Encouraged by her husband and family members, she continued her studies with relentless determination, proving that marriage and motherhood are not barriers to success.

A Career Marked by Success

Sandhya’s professional journey began in 2009 when she started working as a Chemistry faculty member at IIIT Basara. She dedicated nearly a decade to teaching at the prestigious institute before setting her sights on government jobs.

Her efforts bore fruit in 2018 when she secured multiple positions. She was appointed as a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Gurukul and began working at Warangal West School. Simultaneously, she cleared exams for Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Gurukul, Junior Lecturer (JL), and Analyst Grade 2 in the Pollution Control Board.

The following year, in 2019, Sandhya’s achievements continued as she secured a Degree Lecturer (DL) position in Gurukul College and was posted in Jagadgirigutta. Her ability to qualify for multiple government posts in different fields showcased not just her academic brilliance but also her dedication to public service.

A Latest Achievement in 2025

Adding another feather to her cap, Sandhya has now been selected as a Junior Lecturer (JL) at Jangaon Girls Junior College in the recently announced recruitment for 2025. Her latest success has made her an icon of perseverance, with students, friends, and villagers celebrating her achievements.

A Role Model for Aspirants

Sandhya’s story is a testament to the power of education and determination. At a time when many struggle to secure even one government job, her ability to achieve six stands as a source of inspiration for young students, particularly women aspiring for careers in academics and public service.
