Hyderabad, April 13:
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy announced that the much-anticipated Bhu Bharati initiative will be launched as a pilot project from April 14. The announcement came during a review meeting held at the Secretariat, where officials discussed the roadmap for implementation.

The Chief Minister revealed that three mandals have been selected for the pilot phase of the land management initiative. The project aims to modernize land records, enhance transparency, and make land-related services more accessible to the public.

Minister for Revenue Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and several senior officials participated in the meeting.

“Bhu Bharati is designed for the convenience of the people. The pilot rollout will help us gather feedback and fine-tune the system based on suggestions from the public,” the Chief Minister said.

As part of the initiative, awareness seminars will be conducted in every mandal, with the district collectors given responsibility for organizing these outreach programs.

These seminars aim to educate citizens on how to use the Bhu Bharati portal and understand the benefits of the system, including easy access to land records, faster grievance redressal, and simplified services.

The Chief Minister reiterated the government’s commitment to people-centric governance, stating that public feedback will play a key role in shaping the future of Bhu Bharati before its full-scale implementation across the state.
