
Ojas Tejo Yoga Institute Celebrates 5th International Yoga Day with Enthusiasm and Grace

The 11th International Yoga Day was celebrated with great zeal and elegance at the Ojas Tejo Yoga Institute, founded by noted yoga practitioner Smt. Varsha Deshpande. The event was held on Saturday at the DD Colony Library Hall in Hyderabad and witnessed a vibrant turnout of yoga students and local residents.
Marking the institute’s 5th year of participation in International Yoga Day celebrations, the program saw active involvement from people of all age groups. The DD Colony Library Hall was filled with enthusiastic participants performing various yoga asanas under the guidance of trained instructors.

Founder and lead yoga teacher Varsha Deshpande greeted everyone with warm wishes on the occasion of the 11th International Yoga Day. In her address, she highlighted the transformative power of yoga and its relevance in modern life. “Yoga is not just a physical exercise but a path to mental peace and holistic health,” she said.
She particularly emphasized the importance of yoga, pranayama, and meditation for women, especially in fast-paced urban lifestyles. Encouraging daily practice, she noted that dedicating even a small portion of the day to yoga can bring significant physical and emotional benefits. She also demonstrated several yoga asanas, inspiring the participants with her grace and technique.

Many attendees shared their personal experiences and benefits gained through regular yoga practice. A large number of women, along with students of the institute, made the event a grand success through their enthusiastic participation.
