D Srinivas, Ex Pcc president,a prominent leader, has reached Gandhi Bhavan in Hyderabad with the intention of joining the Indian National Congress party. Upon joining the party, he has expressed his willingness to join in Satyagraha dhiksha.
This move by D Srinivas has garnered attention from various quarters and is expected to have an impact on the political scenario in the state. The Congress party has welcomed him with open arms.
“I am a congressman, and no one needs to join me in the party,” the member said. “But I believe that joining Congress to support Rahul Gandhi is the right thing to do.”
When asked about the recent disqualification of Rahul Gandhi, the member expressed skepticism. “Do those who disqualify Rahul Gandhi really deserve it?” he asked.
The member, who also serves as a PCC, acknowledged the difference between himself and Rahul Gandhi. “Even though I am a PCC, there is a lot of difference in Rahul,” he said. “Rahul Gandhi is doing better than expected.”
As Congress continues to rally support for its leader, Rahul Gandhi, it remains to be seen what impact his disqualification will have on the party’s future.
