The State Art Gallery at Madhapur in Hyderabad turned into a vibrant hub of creativity and culture on Saturday evening with the inauguration of the National Contemporary Art Exhibition. The four-day event, which runs until August 27, celebrates the evocative works of internationally acclaimed artist Kattakuri Ravi, a native of Mudigonda in Khammam district.
The exhibition was formally inaugurated by Rayala Nageswara Rao, Chairman of the Telangana Warehousing Corporation, who praised the artist’s extraordinary ability to blend modern artistic expression with India’s rich cultural traditions. In his address, Nageswara Rao lauded Ravi’s paintings as a vivid reflection of the timeless grace of Indian women and their enduring cultural identity.
