Hyderabad, May 24: Superstar Ajith Kumar, who recently embarked on a thrilling bike trip to Nepal, has surprised his fellow rider, Sugat Satpathy, by gifting him a BMW superbike worth over Rs 12 lakh as a token of appreciation for organizing the trip.
Satpathy, who took to Instagram to share the news, expressed his gratitude to Ajith for the generous gesture. The duo had previously collaborated with Ride Sikkim in 2022, and Satpathy had organized two bike tours for Ajith. Impressed by Satpathy’s efforts, Ajith decided to show his gratitude by presenting him with a BMW superbike.
According to bikedekho.com, the on-road price for the gifted superbike is listed at Rs. 12.95 lakh.
In his Instagram post, Satpathy captioned a photo of the bike with a thoughtful message: “As they say, nothing is predestined. The obstacles of your past can become the getaways that lead to new beginnings.”
Satpathy further shared his journey, stating, “I got associated with Ride Sikkim in 2022. Taking myself out from my monotonous life, I knew deep inside this is what my soul craved for. New environment, super lovely people around. After a long time, life seems to have a meaning.”
Recalling his experiences with Ajith, Satpathy continued, “During the end of the same year, I got super lucky. I would say privileged to get in touch with Ajith Kumar, who is one of the biggest superstars of the Tamil movie industry. He is also an avid biker, riding Adventure bikes with pure class.”
Satpathy further elaborated on their journey, saying, “Later, I organized a complete northeast tour for him and rode alongside him on my trusty old Duke 390. Following the ride, he promised to do one more tour of Nepal and Bhutan with me… which we recently completed on the 6th of May.”
Describing the memorable moments they shared during the trip, Satpathy reminisced, “Throughout the ride, we created many unforgettable memories, covered incredible miles, and witnessed numerous beautiful sunsets and sunrises.”
Expressing his heartfelt appreciation, Satpathy acknowledged the significance of the gifted BMW F850GS, stating, “This F850GS right here means so much more to me than just a motorcycle. It is gifted to me by him. YES! IT’S A GIFT, from Anna to me, with lots of love. He didn’t think twice.”
Satpathy conveyed that Ajith simply wanted him to have the bike, emphasizing their strong bond. He added, “He just wanted me to have this beautiful looking F850GS, capable enough to explore the globe. Words will fall short in describing the role this person has in my life, but yes, we vibe in the same tribe.”
In conclusion, Satpathy expressed his gratitude once again, stating, “He made me feel more like an elder brother who wishes only and only the best for me, expecting nothing in return. You’re the best, Anna.”
