Dil Raju, also known as V. Venkata Ramana Reddy, along with six members of his panel, secured seats in the 12-member Producer Executive Committee. Additionally, the panel won a majority of seats in the 20-member Producer Sector Council.

Leading producers such as Y.V.S. Chowdary, T. Prasanna Kumar, C. Kalyan, K.L. Damodar Prasad, and Mohan Vadlapatla were among those elected to the executive committee.

Both C. Kalyan and Dil Raju’s panels secured six seats each in the Distributors’ Committee.

In the Studio Executive Committee, Dil Raju’s panel secured three out of four seats. Moreover, Dil Raju and Kalyan won eight seats each in the 16-member Exhibitors’ Executive Committee.

A total of 1,454 out of 1,600 members cast their votes at the Film Chamber office in Film Nagar.

Dil Raju clarified that there were no differences with his rival Kalyan and emphasized that they aimed to strengthen the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce. He highlighted the need for a robust body to address the issues faced by exhibitors with governments.

Despite having opportunities to become a Member of Parliament from Telangana, Dil Raju chose to prioritize the film chamber over entering into a political battle.
